With a deep understanding of claims processes implemented by payers and experience in over five states, he is keenly aware of the challenges faced by providers in payment collection due to process gaps.

An experienced executive in healthcare management with a registered nursing background in critical care, community-based care, home infusion therapy, and specialty long-term care pharmacy. Jan is also an attorney who has leveraged her education in both clinical operations and as a health plan compliance officer for three national payer organizations. Jan’s knowledge and experience give her a unique ability to evaluate regulatory requirements and develop strategies to implement contractually compliant operational policies and processes.
