Our Team
Shirish Limaye, Principal and Founder
Shirish brings more than 17 years of experience in managed care operations with one of the nation’s leading healthcare payors, overseeing functions that include payment policies, provider payment processing, complaints, appeals and grievances, and provider support through call center operaetions.
Shirish has leveraged his 30 years of technology and data analytics experience to establish health plan technology processes, including highly effective medical claims processing systems. Shirish has led the technology implementation for multiple states including Nevada, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Hampshire, New York and others, collaborating with regulators to ensure compliant processes.
Shirish is keenly aware of the challenges faced by providers concerned with “leaving money on the table” due to process gaps.
Jan Henry, Director
Jan’s healthcare experience was as a registered nurse in critical care and then community-based care as well as on the payor side. She has clinical experience in home infusion therapy, specialty long-term care pharmacy, Emergency Room, Adult intensive care, NICU and Cardiac Intensive Care.
She has been an executive in healthcare management overseeing regional clinical operations for 7 western states. With her JD, she has been in Compliance Officer roles for leading healthcare payors and has successfully executed “turnaround” strategies for under-performing compliance departments by putting in structure and training the leaders and the staff.
Jan’s knowledge and experience gives her a unique ability to evaluate regulatory requirements and develop strategies to implement operational policies and processes that are effective, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements.
